WHAT TO EXPECT

The Team Workout, is a fitness boot camp thats like personal training, but in a in a group enviroment, so it's way more fun, addictive and supportive.

We know it's scary to be the newbie, that's why we guide you every step of the way. You'll meet your team trainer 15 minutes before your first workout to have a chat before taking you through your first session. 

Your team trainer will guide you every step of the way who will ensure you are exercising correctively while also challenging yourself.

CHECK IN

For your first class please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class. We’ll use this time to check you in, get a waiver signed, and get you ready for your first session.

Don't worry about keeping up, you ill work at your own pace and your team trainer will look after you through-out.

Just have fun and enjoy it.

The Team Workout is your safe space to enjoy exercise and the benefits you will achieve.

WHAT TO WEAR

Come dressed in comfortable workout clothing.

No fancy fitness wear required, where what makes you feel comfortable that you can workout in and a pair of trainers.

Complete 10 workouts and we'll give you a Team Workout T-shirt to rep sweat and wear.
