DO YOU OFFER A TRIAL?

DO I NEED TO "GET IN SHAPE" BEFORE JOINING?

NO – our group fitness classes are for all – no matter your age or fitness level. A common misunderstanding is that you need to be fit and ‘in shape’ before starting a group fitness boot camp class. This is not true. Our fitness classes are designed to allow our attendees to train ‘at their own pace’ while at the same time, giving fitter members the opportunity to challenge themselves.

Remember, everyone has to start somewhere – let’s get moving!

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN A BOOT CAMP CLASS?

20-40 People are in a workout which means lots of energy, lots of support and lots of people transforming their mind & body. 

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION SUPPORT

YES – everyone that takes our 6 week challenge has a personalised meal plan thats built up with foods they actually like and in the correct portion sizes for you to drop body fat. Each recipe has been put together by our in house UK registered dietician.

SOMETHING CAME UP, NOW WHAT?

Life gets in the way! We totally understand! If you are unable to make your 1st free workout, call us on 07891931245 to reschedule. We will still honour your 1st free class.

CHANGING ROOMS?

YES – WE have hot showers and clean changing rooms for you to wash away to sweat after a brilliant workout.
