30 Ways To Lose Weight in 2018

There is a lot of bad weight loss information on the internet.

Much of what is recommended is questionable at best, and not based on any actual science.

However, there are several natural methods that have actually been proven to work.

Here are 30 easy ways to lose weight naturally

  1. Add protein to your diet
  2. Eat whole single food ingredients
  3. Avoid processed foods
  4. Stock up on healthy foods and snacks
  5. Limited your sugar intake
  6. Drink water
  7. Swap the lattes for black coffee
  8. Eat more fibre
  9. Avoid liquid calories
  10. Limit your intake of refined carbs
  11. Fast for 16 hours each day
  12. Drink (uncweetened) Green Tea
  13. Eat more vegetables and fruits
